If you're planning to live in Texas—or already do—Here’s what you need to know:

Requirements:

• Good, bad, or no credit, it doesn’t matter, your work proof gets you into the program.
• Must be a Texas resident.
• A 30% or 50% down payment of sales price is required.
• Proof of income is required — no self-employment or Social Security only, income accepted.
• 7 to 10 personal or work references are needed.
• Full Coverage Insurance is required to protect your investment.
• A.R.V.C. LLC must be lien holder
• A valid, ID must be on file.

Payment Terms:

• Payment plans can be set up on a weekly or biweekly schedule:
  • Weekly: 52 payments
  • Biweekly: 26–27 payments
  • Payments start at $150 and up, depending on the down.
• Payments must be made through ACH (auto-draft).
  • A bank account on file is required.
  • Local close by, residents, can choose to pay cash upfront in person.

Additional Info:

• You're welcome to pay it off early or pay more to reduce your payments.
• We offer a 1-year contract with no interest.
• You're responsible for keeping up with RV maintenance.
• No alterations are allowed until it’s fully paid off:
  • No painting
  • No changes to the floor plan
  • You can add furniture or decorations to make it home and such.

Out-of-State Option:

While our program is for Texas residents, out-of-state rent-to-own may still be possible—but only under our conditions:
The RV must remain in Texas until it is completely paid off.
All scheduled payments and maintenance must still be kept up to date.

Late Fees, Repossession, and Breach of Contract:

• A $75 late fee will be applied if a scheduled payment is missed.
• If you are more than 7 days late on a payment, it will be considered a breach of contract, and repossession will occur immediately.
• Taking the RV out of state while still under contract is a direct breach of contract.
• In the event of a breach or repossession, all payments, including the down, is non-refundable, and all, will be lost.
• A.R.V.C. LLC and its associates is not responsible for items and personal belongings, left inside the RV after repossession. And will not be responsible for any theft, lost or stolen goods.
